September 11th-13th was a hot and sweaty weekend in Downtown Miami! It was also the official kick-off to the Fall arts season which featured tons of events and activities hosted by a wide swath of local arts organizations. As part of the Miami Downtown Development Authority’s DWNTWN Art Days, Buskerfest both inaugurated our pop-up performance series called Ear To The Ground and programmed two days worth of performers for the DWNTWN Arts Fair, hosted by Life Is Art. The sun shined as did the artists including the Chase Quartet, The French Horn Collective, Christ Fellowship Church, Spoonie Gee, Gypsy Cat, Unbound, Front Yard Theater Collective, Liam O’Brien, Celestial, the Bows and Ties, Pocket of Lollipops, Dangerfun Sideshow, UOM Auditory Art and some surprise guests. If you came out to party with us, great to see you! If not, you can look forward to Buskerfest Miami Street Performance Festival 2015 on December 11th.
